Summer Internship or Industrial Placement? watch

    • Thread Starter

I'm in a bit of a dilemma here regarding placements.

I'm currently a first year student (averaging a high 2:1 so far, hopefully that continues), and I've been given the opportunity to fast-track for a summer internship or an industrial placement with a number of companies (EY and Deloitte so far).

My course is a 3 year one, but I have the opportunity to convert it into a 4 year course with an industrial placement. I'm wondering if they'll both give me the same career prospects or not.

Would you rather choose to do a summer internship or a year in industry?

    Thank you
