I've received an email from a graduate Java developer interview I've applied for.

They state in the email they wish to take things further with me and asked me to fill out what university I went to, what subject, grade and graduation date.

The thing is I applied for this job hoping to get in via the portfolio route and still completing my degree part time.

You should just email them back and explain your situation and ask what they want. They may want some grades from your part time degree or may not want anything. Just ask
