    I met with my psychiatrist and she said i Have psychotic breakthrough symptoms, what does this mean?

    I think you mean a psychotic break...
    'A psychotic break occurs when a person experiences an episode of acute primary psychosis,generally for the first time, though it may also be after a significant symptom-free period.'

    Don't hold me to this as I'm not a psychiatrist, but I think she might be referring to something like hearing whispering after a period without voices. Another thing might be the return of paranoid thoughts but without the 100% certainty you express when you're floridly psychotic - like you're still able to think maybe, maybe not.
