I know it is different for different courses and universities , but I've heard some say University 1st year is easier than A Levels. I have applied to do geography at QUB.

I guess it depends on where (and what) you're studying, but I don't know a single person who thought that Uni is easier than A Levels!

I meant that. I don't know anybody who thought that first year was anything other than significantly harder than A Level.

It might be different for different universities or courses but I am currently in my first year and it is definitely a step up from A-Level. Some of my friends have maybe found it around the same difficultly as they have studied the subject they are taking at Uni at A-Level where most of the cohort have not, but I've not come across anyone who says Uni is easier than A-Level, especially once they have started Uni.

It all depends where and what degree tbh. I would do my A2's all over again any day than be in my 1st year of uni
