I have been offered a place for Biomedical sciences at UCL, but I'm debating whether or not I want to accept it. I initially applied for dentistry, but most of the universities have rejected my application.
If I were to accept biomed science and after during my 1st year apply for dentistry (to other universities), would this be frowned upon/have an impact on my application? I'm curious if this has been done before.

I did this for medicine, and only 4 universities outright said that they would accept my application. Some wouldn't consider me until I finished, and some frowned upon it. It would be best if you contacted either all universities or the ones that you are interested to ask about your specific situation. I'm sure it will have been done before!
