Does a guy like you if he approaches you?

If he approaches you to start a conversation. Bearing in mind he had been staring at you before approaching.
In the absence of any other context, I'd say yes it's quite likely.

I think guys approach girls they're interested in. Not necessarily to get sex ignore that guy.

Staring and approaching? In all likelihood - yes. Even if a guy approaches, the intent is pretty obvious. Think about it in a club environment (if that isn't already your situation), if that helps. Otherwise it sounds like you've not had many occassions being approached as perhaps you're in your teenage years... In which case, you'll soon realise and get used to it :wink:
