Pick the course that's the most interesting to you and from which you'll get the best student experience. There are virtual open days you can attend and the uni should be able to put you in touch with current or former students. Companies are more interested in your grades and what you studied than where and if you're a non-EU international be prepared to have to return to your home country so think about what employers there want.
