can i add another choice?

My application was sent off on the 13th Dec and i've been given offers from 2 of the 4 unis i've applied to. One of the offer is from Anglia Ruskin but i've seen another course there that im also interested in so im wondering if its okay if I add that choice

Yes. Although it's after the equal consideration deadline.

Probably a good idea to call them first and check if they are still accepting applications.
