    This is the finance and accountancy section, I doubt they'll be asking questions regarding the educational field?

    OP, my advice, as with any telephone interview, is to do your research. Make sure you know about the company and why it is that you want to work for them - do you agree with their values, what opportunities would the company offer you, what role do they have in the industry?
