Hi, I'm currently in year 2 on a four year course (law with foundation) but have just been made an unconditional offer to start at another university for a 3 year law course from year 1 in September. Am I right in thinking I get 4+1 years of funding? In which case I would be receive full tuition fee funding for the new course? Thanks

You'd get 3 + 1 (as the new course is 3 years) - previous years study.

    Hi tjw312

You would be awarded 4 years of funding for the new course, minus any years of study you have already done. This would leave you with 2 years of full funding which we would award fro years 2 and 3. In year 1 you would be entitled to a maintenance loan only, no tuition fee loan.

    Thanks
