I am currently studying Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Due to a sudden change in what i want to do at Uni (Chemical Engineering to Economics), I am wondering if I will still have a good chance of getting into a University like Warwick or Nottingham for Economics.

I just thought that by not doing Economics, I wont be able to show my interest in the subject as well as others. I'm guessing by your reply that I am at no real disadvantage.

Yes you can. You don't need economics at a level but you need to prove in your Personal statement that youre interested in economics
