I was just wondering, I turn 16 in February however i don't take my GCSE exams till April that year and i get the results in August. Am I still eligible for a job as soon as I turn 16, or do I have to wait until I get my results?

Some stores may require just being 16, others may want you to be past the end of the school year. GCSE results are unlikely to matter, it's more about age and who they are able to hire with regard to that
