Finance Eligibility

I am in my first year of Chemistry and I'm considering postponing my studies and starting the year fresh in September. I have missed a lot of lectures and labs due to illness and I need to take some time out to focus on my health.

I have previously studied a different course, but left after the first term. I was wondering if my tuition fees would be covered by Student Finance if I re-started this year and continued on afterwards to the remaining two years of the course?

The calculation is length of course + 1 - previous years study.

Because of your illness, you may get compelling personal reasons (CPR) meaning that you'd get this year back.
