I want to apply for a current account (not a credit card). So I was wondering if my bank would reject me because of my credit score?

Do you have reason to believe that you have a bad credit score, then? Or do you know you have? Either way, banks will do a credit search for a mainstream current account and if there's negative information recorded might well decline you for a standard current account, but offer you a Basic Bank Account instead (these are in most respects identical, apart from there being no borrowing facilities and no chequebook).

Do contracts with cinema (cineworld unlimited) affect your credit score?

Or is it just credit cards and loans?

You can get a copy of your credit record from Experian for £2.. You dont explain why you think you have a bad credit record. Have they taken you to court and got judgment? Depending wahst on your record then thay may refuse, its up to them and you wont find out without trying. If refused then its as RC says and you can have a basic, which is pretty much the same.

I used to have a bank account with Barclays but then it got closed due to a misunderstanding. Now Barclays are refusing to reopen it because it was a "commercial decision". Before that I had a contract with the Cineworld Group plc but I couldn't afford to pay anymore so my contract stopped. Would this all make my credit bad? Or does credit only count loans and stuff like that?

Can I still get my credit score for £2 if im 16? And how quick can i get it?

I have been rejected from a current account when I met all the criteria. It is possible but nobody can answer it depends on the bank. You should get clear-score to see what is and isn't on your report.

I doubt Cineworld would be on there. It is not a credit product.

I'm not sure whether you will have generated one because of your age.

Try other banks. Its still not really explained what the misunderstanding was, was it Cineworld? Either they decided they didnt wnat you as a customer becayse you were too much trouble or they were unhappy about the conduct of your account. Either way they dont have to open an account. Try someone else. They may or may not have put soemthing on your credit record.
