I've had offers from both, with Leeds asking for BBB and Sheffield ABB. I've had my heart set on Sheffield for two years and love the campus there, but feel really quite swayed by Leeds' offer despite not having visited. Has anybody seen Leeds (even just visited) or attended either university for Japanese? I'd love to hear your opinion!

    Thanks!

    Hey,
I've recently visited the university of Leeds and would say its a lovely campus! Compared to Sheffield however, i would say it can feel overwhelming at times. They're also making chances to the student union, in trying to further improve the experience there. All students i asked seemed to love the university also.
Personally though, i prefer Sheffield, but would definitely give Leeds some thought!

I went for sheffield - you get far more language class hours and the department is really supportive.
