How can I improve my grades from D's to A/Bs??!! Watch

    • Thread Starter

So basically I had my mock exam results back and I got 2 Ds and for my other subject I don't have an examination as it's based on coursework but can someone please help me on how to improve my grades to achieve A/Bs in my final exams which are in may, also someone told me it's impossible to get an A in 4 months if you're under preforming, is that true???!!

very true. Get off this and do some work

Not true. My sister got a U in her biology mock and achieved a C at AS level. What you first need to do is establish where you went wrong- was it lack of revision, lack of understanding or lack of exam technique. When you have established on this you need to work on it, if lack of revision, revise more, if lack of understanding speak to a teacher and ask if they could go through things you don't understand. If exam technique I would recommend past papers. However generally a good place to start is to do past papers, as they are key in revision as they show you what sort of questions you will be asked, and in the mark schemes you can see what answers they want to those questions. You don't need to spend every hour of every day working, but I would recommend that you do an hour or two a night if you seriously want to improve your grades.
