Dress code for Freshers Ball???

I haven't been to London much more to be honest, well not UCL area anyway. I did see Koko on the bus on the way to Camden so I'm pretty sure I could find that pretty easily, but most other things are a mystery.
I have mastered the tube though Having to use underground systems in foreign countries really makes you appreciate how the maps in london are in English!
