No, it's a pretty horrible laptop with only a Celeron Processor and 4GB of RAM. It might just about be alright for basic office work but it isn't going to get you anywhere for gaming. Gaming is a very subjective term, do you mean modern AAA titles or things like Minecraft?

Yeah games like football manager 2017 and Rome total war

What sort of processor should I be looking for?

It's better than before and an alright price with the discount but still not optimal. If you don't desperately need a laptop then I'd get a desktop instead.

In terms of what you're looking for you want an i3 or i5 processor and 8GB of RAM. Stuff like Rome Total War and Football Manager should run fine on integrated graphics so you can get away without the GPU. It won't be ideal of course but it'll work. Something like this for example is what you'd be looking at:

Meh, it's fairly overpriced for a laptop with a previous gen i3. Contrary to what the other user said I would also be looking for a basic graphics card for games like the Total War series, which while capable of running on integrated graphics at low settings (at least in older games of the series), can quickly become taxing on the system in larger scale battles.

I'd go for something like this for roughly the same price. It's a low end GPU that won't work miracles in AAA titles, but from the benchmarks I can find it put about a 50% increase in FPS compared with a laptop using a similarly spec'd processor and iGPU in Rome TW II.

A celeron and 4gb or ram won't be able to play much, what is your price range? also do you need your computer to be portable, could you get a PC?(you can get better performance for the same price)
