You mean for uni? You ahve to have accepted an offer. Go to the Uni website and it will tell you how to apply and when.

I assume that different universities will have different policies. If you haven't had replies on UCAS from all your universities and decided your firm and insurance then you'll need to wait to do that however. There's still ages before you need too apply.
