German most likely, unless you want to work in a career field related to Latin in some way.

This is a question that is personal to you due to your future career, but as a general principle German would be, merely because it is not a dead language whereas latin kinda is.

I've never done latin, so I can't advise on that, but I did IGCSE German, with the cambridge exam board, which went really well. Ended up with A*, at 98%, which went well. Are you already a German speaker? Do you like the language?

Do which ever one you are more likely to get an A* or a 9 in.

You rarely have to say what subjects your GCSEs were, just what grades you got.
