Cut out the meat in your diet, especially red meat. No oily foods, no junk like cakes and cookies. The fat you eat is the fat you wear. Eat fruit mainly.
Train regularly, so if you go to work, ride your bike there, biking is the easiest for weight loss, because you can go for agesss as its low impact. Hydrate also.
If you do what I said above, 100% you'll be lean, ensure most of your calories are from fruit/veg. Also there is no need for the drugs to get lean like diuretics!!
