Cut out the meat in your diet, especially red meat. No oily foods, no junk like cakes and cookies. The fat you eat is the fat you wear. Eat fruit mainly.
Train regularly, so if you go to work, ride your bike there, biking is the easiest for weight loss, because you can go for agesss as its low impact. Hydrate also.
If you do what I said above, 100% you'll be lean, ensure most of your calories are from fruit/veg. Also there is no need for the drugs to get lean like diuretics!!

You could have the abs of Arnie, but if they're covered in a layer of blubber you're still going to look fat.

Reducing body fat by energy restriction and/or increased expenditure is the only way to 'flatten' a stomach. Once the blubber is stripped away, the work which you've done on toning the abdominal muscles can show through. Liposuction is a rather drastic solution, and certainly not a first choice. It also teaches you nothing about how to create and maintain a toned, lean body and is not something you can realistically keep 'having done'. It's not like a haircut.

This is utter rubbish, and in no way based in any scientific or medical facts or evidence.

Just count calories and accept the fact that it requires a lot of conscious effort to lose weight.

Calorie deficit, you can't spot reduce fat you need to lose it all over and eventually the stomach fat will go.
