We were in the changing room after a PE lesson and the new PE teacher came in while we were changing to tell us that she wouldn't be here next lesson. Obviously, none of us were naked but some of us, including me, were in our boxers. I go to a boys' school and was wondering whether the teacher could be sued for this? I mean, it's not appropriate to just go into a changing room like that, is it? I'm in Year 12 so under 18.

Let's reverse the genders. We'd be screaming pedophile by now.

So yes, that is a severe breech of conduct. Talk to someone with authority and complain because she should not be able to do that. Screw anyone who thinks this is ok but not if the genders were reversed.

I don't think it was abuse by any strech of the imagination. Had it been a male teacher that had went into the changing room, that would have been fair enough, but I think it's very odd for a female teacher to just stride into the male changing rooms.

she didn't abuse you, but she did abuse the power she has as a teacher - she should of waited to tell you once you came out of the changing rooms

Yes it is abuse. The gender of the teacher doesn't matter, it's absolutely not acceptable, especially since your teacher would have known that you would be in a state of undress.

It is abuse, tell someone about this. Your teacher should really be investigated for this.
