I've applied to do the access to higher education course at Bath College as I want to apply to study veterinary medicine. (I've explored all options and this seems to be the way forward for me).

I've been invited for an interview/assessment this Tuesday next week and it's mentioned there will be a maths and english assessment at key stage 3 level, which I'm not too worried about as I've heard this is simple enough. The letter also mentioned that those wanting to focus on the sciences will have to do the biology assessment and that I should look at the GCSE bitesize level for biology.

I'm 27 and haven't done biology since my GCSEs around 10 years ago so I'm a little nervous about this and was wondering if anyone else has done this, whether it's multiple choice style assessment or what kind of thing should I expect?

Any help is appreciated! I'm currently reading through GCSE biology books but I'm not sure I'll be able to cover everything by Tuesday.

Not my area, but YouTube have loads of good science/biology videos that I found really helpful for nursing. I'm more of a visual learner and managed to get through all the major systems quite quickly by doing it that way rather than wading through text books.
    Good luck!
