    i am having problem writing my plan and design for my lab. My topic is bananas which are cut and left exposed soon turned brown. If the cut surface is sprinkled with lime juice or any other acid it does not turn brown. Design an experiment to find out whether an enzyme is involved in the browning process.

    Enzymes are protein, so you can use the Buiret test for proteins after exposing the banana for a certain period of time.
