If you met someone who isn't really your type looks wise, but ticks a whole heap of other boxes, would you give them a chance?

I gave it a chance. Lasted 11 months. I basically got pissed off at her "jokes" too many times. Not sure if i'll get another...

I don't think it's fair for someone to date a person they're not attracted to. If the idea of waking up to their face everyday repulses you, save yourself and the other person a heartache.

To be perfectly blunt....no. Likewise I'd hate for someone to do that to me, feel as though they're giving me a chance. Just be with someone with whom you have a mutual attraction.

I think someone can seem more attractive if you really like their personality. I wouldn't date someone I really wasn't attracted to though.

The person I'm with at the moment isn't my usual type but I do find him very attractive. Attractiveness for me definitely increases on how much I like the individual as a person, though.
