Attention Smokers!!!easy way to stop!

i quit smoking 2 weeks ago after smoking since 17 (now 22) anyway giving up for uni is a great idea! i feel miles better already, pity smoker friends and have'nt suffered from mental gimme a smoke thoughts at all.

anyway get alan carr's book 'the easy way to stop smoking' it really works!!! don't bother with all that expensive government supported taxed to the nads nicotine replacement garbage.

but yeah if everybody read it they'd most likely quit and in a couple of years the tax on beers will have gone up and i'll be payin treble or somethin!

anyway read the book.i went to boots today and saw all that nicotine stuff and it doesn't work at all, even if u quit on it your still going mental.alan carr doesn't lie when he says 'easyway' unlike halifax who mislead innocent students into thinking they'll get a decent overdraft those sobs.

i dont mean this to spam or anything but i'm so superamazed and happy that i gave up, can't wait till i'm fit enough to run around for some footy action again...
Haha I once heard the best way to quit is get the nicotine patches, then stick two over your eyes so you cant find your fags :p:
Quite a few people have mentioned that book to me.... think I might have to get it. Can't afford to smoke anymore!!!!!!!

haha, or seal your mouth with one.

Its like this online advert I saw for stopping panic attacks when they come on. Basically you buy a tape/cd which you switch on and listen too every time you have a panic attack for example on the bus. It is supposed to stop the panic attack and lasts 30 mins but the thing is biologically a panic attack has to stop after 30 mins anyway, or the worst part of one.

Or 'diet liquid' which states for it to work effectively, you take it twice a day, and can't eat for 8 hours afterwards.
Oh and yeah, it's just water.

On-topic:
I too have heard good things about the book, and a friend has quit apparently because of it, although I'm waiting to see if he can keep it up (while being supportive though - I'm not waiting for him to fail ). He's had a few false dawns before.
