    I think wed look for different things, also you are concerned with looks and we might not have the same taste.

    Things id look at are

    Size 20/25/30/35/40L
    Comfort
    Construction
    Utility- pockets
    Looks
    Value for money

    What sort of usage, does it need to be waterproof? carry a laptop?

    Theres a good selection of laprop capable packs here.

    Ah, I'm just looking for a bag which I can just take outside on a day-to-day basis. I'd only need to carry my purse, water bottle, stuff like that.
    I'm looking for a bag that looks nice, already have bags for travelling, laptop etc

    I like both colour and casual, that's not an issue. And probably a medium sized bag. Something that looks nice
