    Hello all 😀

I turned 16 last September. I'm pretty sure I had my growth spurt when I was in year 8 (now in yr11). I grew 3 inches. Currently I'm 5 7! I think I'm short but my friends who are mostly around the 5 10/11 mark say that I'm average. My dad is 5 9 and my mum is 5 2 and a 1/2 . How much can I grow after my growth spurt? Can I reach 5 11? Any tips on how to increase height?

Any particular techniques? Could you try asking what they did + how often? (I'm 5'4'' and greatly in need of some height )

    ptfffff
stretching doesn't actually stretch your limbs though
also OP - at least you're about an inch taller than me
if you're short, just work out to compensate
get bigger horizontally if you can't get bigger vertically
size speaks. better to be stocky than a gangly lank

You stop growing in your twenties. See a doctor and have them check your long bones if you want to know for sure whether they're still developing or not.

Your height isn't the result of your genes only, it's more complex. It's also the result of your health and nutritional status.

Then the chart doesn't apply because you're female

I am older than you and I am only 5 6 You still have a good couple years left of growing I would say so you may well be able to meet the 5 11 mark.
    Maybe it's because you're a vegan?
