Poor sixth form attendance due to anxiety and illness watch

I'm struggling with anxiety and illnesses such as my bone condition and just general headaches which are usually related to stress from school and family issues. I'm worried that my attendance will either affect my future application for university or, if it is not considered a problem for university applications, then it may affect my grades which would, in turn, lower my chances of getting into a university or course of my choice. I'm really worried about this as I am studying three quite difficult and content heavy subjects such as English Literature, Business Studies and Religious Studies, therefore I was just wondering if anyone on the TSR community could give me any advice? It would be much appreciated.

So long as your illness(es) are well documented and evidenced, you shouldn't have a problem in showing that your poor attendance is due to a valid health reason. Don't worry unduly.
