    will I get accepted into university for doing online a levels? eg for medicine or dentistry or will I have to go to a school?

    It doesn't matter how you learn the content, at school, online, from text books...... you take the same exams and achieve the same qualification as anyone else which is equally valued by universities.
    You don't have to go to school but I don't really understand why you wouldn't if you have the option, especially to study sciences where practical laboratory experience is required and is incredibly difficult/expensive to do privately.
    It's down to you to find an exam centre to take the exams and the practical assessments, some distance learning providers offer more help with this than others. NEC are worth a look.

    Yes it doesn't matter. You also have to consider the fact that for Biology and Chemistry there will be Core practicals that you have to complete and your examination centre has to say that they will accept and let you do your core practicals there.
