I am deciding what to take for a levels and alongside biology and chemistry I want my third option to be different. I want to do medicine at uni and I know and I've finished taking geography as well because I know it's facilitating but I'm leaning more towards economics or law because I think they'd be interesting, I just don't know which one to chose.

I would suggest Economics. Some universities (LSE) don't think law is necessarily a preferred subject, so if you want to do medicine economics is more appropriate a level as applications can be very very competitive for medicine.
