    I constantly seem to feel so stressed and worried about my exams and final grades. Most of the time I don't even have a root of stress, it's just an overall feeling of worry about not achieving the grades I want to get in coursework resulting in not getting the grades I want in the real exams, not revising enough etc.
    I just want to feel calm about it all but I can't see that becoming reality.

    Going to kick-boxing lessons/gym helped me get through A-Levels, they're a great way to relieve stress. Besides, thinking about the negative outcomes always makes things worse. Tell yourself you are going to achieve what you need/want and block out all of the negative thoughts. It helps, believe me.

    No advice on here will satisfy your worrying - that's the worst thing about it. I can tell you that worrying will make it worse, and it will simply cause you to stress more.
    All I can say is what I am trying to do this year: balance. Start revising now and do it in small bursts. Make sure you are socialising at least once a week, and exercising. Try and focus more on the everyday routine, rather than the overall big picture.
