I've read that Tax trainees have more reasonable hours, typically 8.30-5pm across the year. I can't find anything about the hours for trainees in forensic accounting. Can anyone shed light on this? For certain reasons, hours are going to be a real deciding factor for me, but I would prefer to work in forensics.

From personal experience, the typical working hours of all teams under 'audit' are always longer than that of 'tax'
