About 2 weeks ago, I was doing yoga (crow pose) and I attempted to lift up into a handstand but my knee slipped off my arm. My arm came up as a bruise and was very painful to the touch. I felt like it was getting better as it wasn't painful anymore so I attempted crow pose again (cautiously) but it felt like my muscle ripped in my arm and now it is very painful and there is a large purple bruise which is very tender.
It has been like this for about a week now and the pain hasn't got any better. Does anyone know what I could have done to it or how to reduce the pain? Should I see my doctor about it or just rest it?
