    Hi guys!

I'm in my second year of uni and had to take an interruption of study. I have had to have surgery (why I'm dropping out) and so will have nine months free. I have a part time job, but it is very active and I will not be well enough to do this for another five weeks. From March onwards, I intend to work as much as possible, but until then I have very little to do.

My current job will allow me to earn more/about the same as a full time job, so getting a new job isn't really an option, as there isn't much point. I can't do too much walking or physical activity right now. I could really do with ideas of what to do for the next five weeks please? I wish I could still go to uni but it is out of my control, I need to fill my time up with something...

If you had five weeks to do anything, what would you do? Obviously all my friends will be at uni/in work so I will spend time with them when I can, but need something else. It's been five days and I'm bored of watching tv/doing very little already. Help!

It depends completely on what you like to do I guess. If I had 5 weeks free then I'd probably just sit down and learn something completely new that isn't related to my studies at all - something like a new language, or about a different culture or something because those things interest me but I rarely have time to study them.
