So I got an email from Sheffield Hallam earlier today stating I can book accommodation even though they are my insurance choice. I was just wondering if when I apply I have to pay a deposit to secure the room (as I have to with my firm choice) or if I just apply and then if I don't get into my firm choice, pay then?
    Thanks for reading!

    Hey Megleigh,

We've just spoken to Adam in Accommodation for you and we can confirm that you won't have to pay anything to apply for university halls until you receive your results in August and your room is allocated, just before you move in. You can apply for accommodation now and you will be 'reserving' a place, so to speak. This means that if you end up coming to Hallam university, you will have somewhere to move into.

I hope that helps what are you studying?

:bban: woo! I did journalism. It was the best thing I ever did. It was so much fun interviewing people and writing stories and finding scoops, filming and recording people. I loved it.
