    You do need to take some proper breaks. Although this intense regime might appear to be working, you're much more likely to be able to absorb information if your brain has had proper down time. Take a day off at the weekend, or maybe just do light revision sometimes. Find a creative way to spend your breaks if you don't want to blob out, like reading a book etc.
