Okay now I'm going to try and explain my situation as simply as I can.
    1) I applied to four universities for dentistry on UCAS
    2) I applied to Newcastle for chemical engineering and got in!!! The only problem is it's so far from home
    3) I want to apply to Manchester for chemical engineering but I have no spaces left on my UCAS. I cant apply for UCAS extra as I already have an offer. *I DON'T THINK* i can get through clearing because they'll see my dentistry personal statement (correct me if i'm wrong). Also it seems quite risky to leave it that late.
Anyone know what I can do?
    Any help would be appreciated!

I'd be very surprised if Manchester was in clearing for Chem Eng. Either you stick with your choices or decline them all and then go into UCAS Extra. It's risky as there is no guarantee that you'll get into Manchester and then you are stuck with clearing.

Ask Manchester directly whether they would consider you once Extra opens. If they will then you can decline your existing offer and go down that route.
