Hi I have just received a conditional offer from the University of Manchester for Actuarial Science Bsc. Since I applied using my actual grades for IB instead of predicted grades, shouldn't I have received an unconditional offer instead of a conditional offer? Btw I have met all the conditions that are required.

They probably just want you to provide proof of your qualifications.

    Congratulations!

Ring them up and query the offer if you've already met the conditions (if they just wanted proof then the offer conditions would have asked for proof of your IB results).

Who should I contact regarding this matter? The admission staff from the university? It did not specifically ask for proof of my results, it just said "the offer is subject to you obtaining IB diploma with ...."

I have only received one out of my 5 offers so far, so I guess I'll just wait for the rest to come and see if I keep getting conditional instead of unconditional offers.

    Thanks for replying!

Yes call admissions and ask why you have been given a conditional offer when you've already met those conditions.

It shouldn't have happened - either they messed up or your application lists your qualifications incorrectly.
