How to not be affected by things? watch

    • Thread Starter

Usually i believe in myself, know that i am pretty, good enough, enjoy my clothes, photography, etc.

Little things can easily push me off track however (E.G - had a one night stand on friday at uni, for the first time, made me feel un-cool, like i wasn't good enough for him and he is better than me etc, although he added me on fb after)

I want to not let anything affect me or my confidence, i'm only 20 and i will make mistakes, please someone help...

I doubt myself a lot, I get anxious about how I come across to people because I want them to admire me in a way or think I'm someone they'd wanna know, and I just find myself putting too much pressure on myself. The one night stand - if he doesn't talk to you or anything and you want to see him again then leave it because you need someone who makes sure you never get pushed off track or doubt your confidence. I just think we've got to cut ourselves some slack sometimes because it's tough everyday but in 5 years or so we won't remember a lot of what we do each day now. Hope you're ok and good luck!
