EEA/EU Spouse of a worker in UK

I am a Greek citizen (Greece is an EEA/EU country).

I am working in Greece more than 3 years now.

My wife, also a Greek citizen, works in England.

I want to apply for an MA program in England.

Am I eligible for Tuition fee loan and a maintenance loan?

Best Regards

MA programmes don't attract a maintenance/tuition fee loan - those are only available for BA/BSc level degrees and teacher training courses.

For an MA in England you would be eligible for a postgraduate loan of £10k (which can cover fees or living expenses or both - you decide how to spend it). This would require the MA course to be at a recognised English university and to meet the requirements for a PGL (the university concerned should be able to confirm this).

Dear PQ

Thanks for the help

What other prospects of funding can I access as an EU national married with an EU national who works in UK?

The tuition fee of the MA I want to attend is £12.800 a year and it is a 2 year program.

You would need to ask the university concerned or seek private sponsorship.

The only state support available to English students (and therefore to EU students) is the £10k PGL.
