I try to be, but less for myself, and more for those around me. I find it easier to support others if I'm feeling positive and good about things.

No. I live in a state of permanent mild depression. I've come to accept that now, it is nothing like as bad as some or many people have to put up with and I think that it is informed by and itself informs elements of my personality that I should sooner have than not.

No! There always seems to be problems that pop up that make me feel anxious. I feel like I'm always having a really good/happy day and then something happens right at the end to change the mood lol.

I come across as happy and I can convince myself im happy but I know that I'm not, my thought process is the way it is becuase im unhappy. I can't just be in moment, everyday and all social situations are like a performance which sounds stupid but I'm sure I'm not the only one.

I'm happy at the moment and have suffered from bad mental health problems in the past, so for me happiness is all I've ever wanted. I still do find it difficult to keep positive all the time but I'm a lot less pessimistic and negative than I used to be, still suffer from resting ***** face though hahaha.
