I've had nail surgery, and the remaining part of my nail is growing. Is it possible to cut it to shorten it down?

This is something you need to ask a medical professional I think- preferably the person that did the surgery or knows about it, but could be your GP or someone too. Better safe than sorry and you don't want to start an infection or slow the healing, but equally not doing it could do the same so it does need checking. Sorry not to have been of more help!
