Are 7 GCSEs enough (including equivalent qualifications) for university? watch

    7
    I do 4 GCSEs and 4 equivalents

Yes that makes 8 "GCSEs" in total but I'd like to drop one of the equivalents which will leave me with 7, is that enough for university?

I am so cross about this, I've no idea why my school just can't do proper GCSEs instead of this equivalent rubbish.

Why don't they offer the proper GCSE versions?

Well, I have 5 GCSE's and I also have 5 offers from 5 universities? probably depends what uni but im pretty sure 7 good grades from A*-C would be completely fine as long as you have your maths and English or have passed 5 of them you're good to go. (although maths is sometimes not required when it comes to some English and creative/arts degrees)

Also, equivalents are fine for University, just look at course information to see if they accept them or not !
