    So one of the universities that i have applied for offered me a conditional offer, they are asking me for evidence of the qualifications i have at Level 3. I am sending my A level certificates but do i also have to send them the certificates i got from AS?

    Yes an AS is a Level 3 qualification

    Level 2 is GCSE grades A*-C, anything above that but below university is level 3.

    GCSE D-G = Level 1
    GCSE A*-C = Level 2
    AS Level = Level 3
    A2 Level = Level 3
