1. lny^(e^x)=(2^x)*cosx

Find the derivative

I am not sure how to simplify the left hand side:

would try to ln both sides
lnY^(e^x)

But I am really lost on how to proceed with this simplification.

3. The left hand side equals e^x * lny, which can be differentiated implicitly using the chain rule. Right hand side would be differentiated normally.
4. Thank you guys!
