Usually sleep around 2am on weekdays and get up at 7.45am for work. On weekends I'll probs stay awake all night binge-watching some programmes or playing on ps4.

On weekdays I tend to go to bed anytime between 1 and 3am, and wake up between 7 and 8am. On weekends though my bedtime is the same, but sometimes I don't wake up until around 11am or later, which isn't very good but oh well

5.30 is too early. I normally sleep on the train.

I don't, though I occasionally fall asleep at 4/5/6 in the morning for very short periods of time. But as of now I've been awake for the past 60 hours or so. And almost time for a long drive to see a movie.

I'm afraid there's just too much to do and not enough time to sleep.

You really shouldn't drive when that sleep deprived, it's the same as drink driving.

    True.

However in my case sleep deprivation is normal so I do this a lot.
