Accounting Degree in Uni

Currently I am taking four A-levels and an EPQ, and am in my AS level currently, and am considering taking either a degree in Law, or a degree in Accounting and finance, in order to specialise in taxation. The A-levels I am currently taking are;
1. English
2.Classics
3.Psychology
4. Biology
(Please note that I am considering to drop either psychology or biology
-biology is considered a 'hard' subject and may be more desirable to universities
-However I am sure that I would get a higher end grade in psychology, which would result in a more desirable set of results to apply with.)

Any advice would be lovely!
