    Use other people to put pressure on you - ask them to nag you/ask for updates on what you've been doing at regular intervals.

    Forget TSR. Sit down. Actually start some work. Take 5 min break for every 25 mins of work. Finish work. Log back onto TSR and stare at the screen til 3am.

    lol, I don't think TSR is the main cause. However, sites like Youtube are the main culprits!

    Tell your friends something like 'I need to write 1000 words today' then sens them the work at the end of the day. If you've done what you'd said you would, go for a night out with them to the cinema or something, if you haven't then they refuse to let you go
