    I ate a full quiche for dinner with some couscous, was super hungry and I think it equals roughly 1200 cals. My lunch was 450 cals. Also had two digestives, banana, peanut butter, a latte. So over 2000 cals.

    But I also ran for half an hour and walked for an hour today.

    Am I a fat b itch?
